Terms of service

These terms govern your use of RewardLoop ("we", "us"), a software service that lets businesses run spin-to-win promotions on their websites. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe, and be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, wheels stop showing until you subscribe.
• Paid plans (currently Starter at ₹499/month and Growth at ₹1499/month) renew automatically each month through Razorpay until cancelled.
• If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends.
• If a payment fails, Razorpay retries it. If the retries fail, your wheels pause until payment succeeds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing month.

3. Your promotions

You are solely responsible for your promotions: the prizes you offer, honouring the codes your players win, the consent text you show, and complying with laws that apply to you and your players, including consumer protection, advertising and data protection laws. Promotions must not be a lottery or game of chance prohibited where you operate; prizes must be free to enter. You must not use RewardLoop for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

4. Player data

For the emails and results your players submit, you are the data controller and we process them on your behalf to provide the service. You must have a lawful basis to collect them and must honour players' requests about their data. See our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break or overload the service, access other customers' data, resell the service without our permission, or use it to send spam.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

7. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel any time from the Billing page; see our refund and cancellation policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can export your leads at any time before closing your account.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or prizes you awarded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
