Good to know
Do I need Shopify or WooCommerce?
No. RewardLoop works on any site, or with no site at all using the hosted link. You create coupon codes in your own store, or use our RL- codes, and we hand them out.
Is there really no card for the trial?
Yes. You get 14 days of every Growth feature. If you don't subscribe, your wheels stop showing when the trial ends.
Can visitors cheat the wheel?
No. The prize is picked on our server with a secure random number, and the odds never reach the browser. Each email gets one spin per wheel.
What happens if I subscribe during the trial?
You keep your free days. Razorpay charges you for the first time on the day your trial ends.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
How do you stop people spinning again and again?
One spin per email per wheel, and at most 10 spins a minute from one network.
