Refund & cancellation policy

Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with no payment details, so you can try everything before paying.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing. No calls or emails needed.
• If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged.
• If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly payments are generally non-refundable, because you can try the full product free first and cancel before any charge.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), write to us within 7 days and we will refund it in full.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
